The current pay rate of £13.04 per hour will be increasing to £13.26 per hour from 1st April.

About the Role

We're looking for someone kind, patient, and person-centred to support a lovely lady with a weekly swimming session. She has a learning disability and lives independently in her own flat within a friendly, purpose-built complex in Poole.

Your role is simple but meaningful:

- Drive her to the pool

- Accompany her in the water

- Make the session safe, enjoyable, and confidence-boosting

About You

If you're someone who:

- Enjoys swimming

- Has a warm, supportive nature

- Holds a FULL UK Manual Driving Licence

- Is free on Monday or Friday between 1pm and 4pm
