Salary - £17,356 pa actual salary, based on salary grade PS5 (FTE £27,634)Hours: 25 hours per week (Ideally 9:30 - 2:30 daily), 41 weeks per year (Term time + 2 weeks) Hours can be flexible for the right candidate depending on their commitments.The Role
We are recruiting for two Administrators to provide integrated support across compliance, recruitment and programme engagement functions within a fast-paced office environment. Theses exciting roles include supporting the recruitment of trainee teachers (ITT) and the onboarding of Early Career Teachers and their employing schools, ensuring processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with organisational standards. Xavier Teach SouthEast works across Surrey, Sussex, London and Berkshire to grow great primary and secondary teachers. Across our five regional hubs, we are committed to high quality training and bespoke placements that support each one of our trainees to fulfil their potential.Xavier Teaching School Hub supports schools with the development of their teachers. We offer support to a growing network of schools including 235 primary, 68 secondary and 32 specialist schools from 31 boroughs across Surrey and beyond, working closely with schools to offer bespoke support from pre ITT through to Executive Headship.About youThe ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisational skillsHigh level of initiativeFriendly, well organised and efficient, working accurately and effectively.Strong team worker, having the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
