Our client, a welcoming and well-established Early Years setting based in Lewisham, is looking for a dedicated Level 3 Practitioner to join their full-time team. Before You Apply

What You’ll Need



  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting

  • Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements

  • Ability to work as part of a team within a nursery

  • Clear communication and organisational skills

  • Deliver activities in line with the EYFS framework

  • Support children’s development through play and daily routines

  • Observe and record children’s progress

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment

  • Work closely with colleagues across the nursery
