Laser/Engraving Operative

Summary

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for Lasering/Engraving Operatives to work a manufacturing business based in LE2 area of Leicester

These are ongoing temporary positions that could lead to a permanent job for the right people

PLEASE NOTE: There are 2 different shifts for these roles

The Job:

You will be trained to operate machines that will use lasers or engraving personalisation for their products
This will be using computers and some basic things to complete
You could also do a variety of other tasks
This can include:
- Picking of parts and completed products
- Assembly of products
- Packing of products and orders
- Excellent working conditions
- On-going training & support offered
- DAY SHIFT - working Monday to Thursday 7.30am-6pm - Fridays are off
- LATE SHIFT - working Monday to Thursday 11.30am-10pm - Fridays are off
  
  About You:
  - Previous lasering or engraving experience would be preferred but not essential
  - You need to be able to use a computer and follow simple instructions
  - You need have a good level of English and a good eye for detail as very important the right information is done due to personalisation required
  - Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  - Positive attitude
  - Able to work either the Day Shift or Late Shift comfortably
