Summary
We are currently looking for a Service Support Engineer to join our UK Service Department. The ideal candidate should be based in the Milton Keynes/Luton or surrounding area, but will be expected to travel across the UK for the role.
** MUST BE BASED IN THE MK/LU/SG AREAS BUT WILLING TO TRAVEL ACROSS THE UK **
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (plus overtime)
Hourly Rate: £12.85 P/H (overtime paid after 40 hours and overnight stay bonus)

Key duties/responsibilities:
Travelling across the UK, completing annual services to existing Acorn Stairlifts within the field.
To ensure work reports are completed as specified and returned back to the office within a timely manner.
Provide high levels of customer service - ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions, with the assistance of management.

A full clean driving licence
Must be honest, reliable, and have the ability to communicate on different levels
A Criminal Records Bureau check will be carried out on the successful candidate
