What is IGNITE?

IGNITE is our Graduate Leadership Programme, created to develop our next generation of future‑focused leaders. This isn’t a scheme
where you simply “learn the basics” it’s the start of a progressive, impactful career.




As one of our Graduates, you’ll grow your skills in your chosen function and get stuck into real projects, real challenges and

Who Are We Looking For?

Our programme welcomes applicants from all backgrounds, whether you’re a recent graduate or have recently completed a relevant
degree level apprenticeship. If you're curious, driven and excited about shaping the future of food, we want to hear from you.




We are looking for:

• A minimum of a 2:1 degree (or predicted) in HR, Business or related field.

• Full commitment to the scheme including continuing your professional qualification.

• Strong communication skills, articulate and confident in presenting ideas and information to all levels.

• Integrity: Somebody who can be trusted to do the right thing, even when no one is looking.

• A team player with a strong collaborative mindset, friendly attitude and a willingness to learn, grow and have fun
whilst doing it.

• A flexible approach to work as our programme will see you work across a number of our UK locations both day to day
and for fixed periods, which could include placements at any of our UK manufacturing sites.

• A full UK Driving Licence
