About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to provide holiday cover for a large manufacturing company based in Redditch. This is a temporary position with the opportunity for regular shifts throughout the year, making it ideal for someone looking for flexible, ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning office areas, including desks, floors, and communal spaces
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchens and staff break areas
- Sanitising high-touch surfaces such as door handles and shared equipment
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
- Ensuring cleaning supplies are stocked and stored correctly
- Following all health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Comfortable working in a professional office environment
