The Role

As an IVA Treasury Team Manager, you will work alongside the Operations Manager to support the department’s operational success
through strong leadership, coaching, and people management. You will play a key part in ensuring our team meets business
objectives, all while upholding regulatory standards and fostering a positive, supportive culture.




What You’ll Be Doing

- Provide daily leadership, coaching and technical support to the team

- Work closely with Insolvency Practitioners and Operational Managers

- Support performance management

- Identify training needs and help deliver sessions

- Monitor compliance and quality measures

- Ensure GDPR and Data Protection compliance

- Foster an inclusive and high‑performing team culture

- Support change control and operational improvements

- Embed new processes and regulatory updates

- Produce performance and compliance reports

- Communicate expectations and changes effectively

- Identify and mitigate risks

- Provide guidance on complex or sensitive cases

- Represent the team in meetings and projects




What We’re Looking For

- Ideally some knowledge of insolvency regulations (Protocol, SIP 3, IPA requirements)

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- High attention to detail

- Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset

- Confidence managing challenging situations

- Approachable, empathetic and objective manner

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
