Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Estate Agency
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our busy estate agency team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing general administrative support to the team
• Managing emails, calls, and client enquiries
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
• Assisting with property listings and documentation
• Supporting basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks
• Using Excel and other software to track and report data
Requirements:
• Previous administrative experience (essential)
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
• Good understanding of general accounting principles
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Working Hours:
• Part-time (flexible hours to be agreed)
Salary:
• £15,000 per annum (pro rata, depending on hours)
