Summary
Cleaning Operatives are required to carry out cleaning duties within allocated timescales, taking a flexible approach in order to meet service requirements.
We have a vacancy for a role on Hermitage Lane. Working 3/4 of an hour daily with and additional 2 hours per day Monday and Wednesday mornings, giving a weekly total of 7 3/4 hours per week. The work must be completed before 7.00am
Duties will include (This list is not exhaustive) -
* General dusting of furniture, fixings and fixtures.
* Cleaning of sanitary fittings.
* Dust control mopping/sweeping of floors.
* Damp/wet mopping of floors.
* Vacuuming floors.
* Polishing furniture, including internal glass.
* Ensuring that equipment provided is used appropriately and in accordance with instructions when cleaning to meet standards.
* Ensuring that all cleaning chemicals are used in accordance with instructions and stored appropriately.
* Ensuring stock of materials and consumables is replenished.
The successful applicant must have:
* Previous cleaning experience in a similar role.
* The ability to work on own initiative and be self motivated.
