Summary
Contract: Permanent position, reduced hours - 32 hours per week Work Schedule: Night Shifts: Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays Shift hours: 10:00pm 6:00am Salary: Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale, Band 2 (Aligned with AFC): £25,272 per year (pro-rated), plus nighttime enhancements Based: Community-based in Chelmsford What we are looking for: Recent experience delivering care in a health or social care setting, including supporting patients during end-of-life care. Preferred: NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Be person-centred and compassionate when caring for the person and those important to them. Ability to develop and evaluate care management plans that meet the complex needs of the person, and those important to them. Emotional resilience and the capacity to work independently. A valid driving license and access to a car for travel to peoples homes.
