Summary
We are currently working with Secondary Schools in the North Manchester/Oldham/Rochdale providing support staff to reduce disturbance within the classroom.
We are looking for individuals with experience with working with SEN. Education/school experience is preferred but not essential.
We are looking for someone who bring a patient and calm approach, with strong communication and behaviour management skills.
This is a great opportunity for a number of different roles within the school setting such as
- 1:1 Support
- SEMH and behaviour support
- Pastoral roles
- Learning Mentor pathways
You will also be introduced to number of SEN specific training courses and, highly regarded, de-escalation training such as Thrive.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
