Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a SEN School to recruit two dedicated and experienced SEN Teachers to join their supportive and specialist team.

We are currently hiring for:

1 x Full-Time SEN Teacher (Monday-Friday)


1 x Full-Time SEN Teacher (Monday-Friday)

1 x Part-Time SEN Teacher (1 day per week)


1 x Part-Time SEN Teacher (1 day per week)

About the Role

Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and pastoral teams

Role Options:

Full-Time: Monday to Friday

Essential Requirements - Please Read Carefully

✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
✔️ Experience working with SEN pupils in a UK school setting
✔️ Strong understanding of autism, SEMH, or complex learning needs
✔️ Ability to differentiate and adapt teaching effectively
✔️ Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
✔️ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

⚠️ Please do not apply if you do not hold QTS or relevant SEN teaching experience. Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be considered.
