Teaching Personnel are seeking a caring, dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Blackpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils across the school with a range of additional needs, helping them to thrive both academically and emotionally.

About the Role
- Supporting children across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with a variety of SEN needs, including:

Autism (ASC)
Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
Speech, Language and Communication needs
Learning difficulties

- Providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support
- Working closely with class teachers, SENCO and other professionals
- Helping to create an inclusive, positive learning environment
- Contributing to pupils' progress through adaptive strategies and differentiated activities
