As a Patient Catering Supervisor at Sodexo, based at Royal Stoke Hospital, you’ll take the lead in delivering high-quality catering services in a dynamic healthcare environment. You’ll be an inspiring leader, capable of motivating your team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a sharp eye for detail. With strong communication and organisational skills, you’ll help us put people at the heart of everything we do — delivering outstanding service to patients, staff, and visitors alike. What you’ll do:
Communicate effectively with colleagues to support daily duties and catering service delivery
Use computer systems for payroll, ordering, and management tasks
Complete and oversee all required daily and weekly documentation
Follow established procedures and escalate issues to management when necessary
Supervise, train, and ensure front-line staff adhere to working standards
Manage stock through ordering and control in line with company policy
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Ensure adequate staffing, maintain rotas, and uphold health & safety and allergen management practices
