• Supporting KS1 classroom teaching with hands-on learning interventions
• Working 1:1 and in groups to deliver literacy, numeracy, and phonics support
• Assisting with tailored strategies for SEN and EAL pupils
• Helping prep engaging resources and adapting lessons to meet pupil needs
• Liaising closely with class teachers to amplify positive pupil outcomes
