Summary
As a Project Administrator Apprentice, you will work closely with project managers and wider teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, accurately, and on time, while developing key administrative and organisational skills.
What you’ll do at work
This is an exciting time to join the business. In this varied role, you will support ongoing projects and the wider team in delivering innovative solutions for clients. From day one, you will learn from a highly experienced team, develop practical skills, and take on real responsibilities.
Your duties will include:
Maintain and manage electronic and hard copy documents in line with company procedures
Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal standards
Track and manage document version control, ensuring current versions are accessible and outdated documents are archived
Work closely with different departments to support the document control process
Review and verify documentation to meet internal quality standards and external regulations
Support records management processes including document retention, retrieval, and archiving
Assist with creating ad hoc reports for internal and external use, including audit support
Support project managers with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation

Requirements

A full driving licence would be advantageous
Occasional site visits will be required
