Meanwhile, as a barback, you'll dive into the heart of our bustling bar, assisting bartenders in crafting and serving beverages, maintaining a pristine environment, and ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience. Responsibilities:
• Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to customers' doorsteps, ensuring timely arrivals.
• Coordinate with restaurant staff for accurate order pickups and maintain communication regarding delivery routes.
• Handle food orders with care to preserve quality during transportation, adhering to food safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, offering friendly interactions and assistance as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of delivery vehicle, conducting routine inspections for safety.
• Record and report any issues or feedback regarding delivery routes or customer interactions to management.
• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages during peak hours, ensuring efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including restocking supplies and clearing empty glassware.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels by monitoring stock and alerting supervisors to low quantities.
• Provide support to bartenders by handling tasks such as washing glassware and preparing garnishes.
• Uphold health and safety standards behind the bar, including proper handling of glassware and disposal of waste.
• Attend to customer needs promptly and courteously, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the bartending team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications:
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with local roads and navigation apps.
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to upholding food quality standards during delivery.
