Our client, a well-established company in Edenbridge, Kent, is actively recruiting a skilled Paint Sprayer to join their dedicated team. This position offers an excellent chance to work in a modern environment committed to high-quality repairs and precision craftsmanship.

Duties:

- Carry out paint spraying and preparation on a range of vehicles, covering small repairs and bumper corner refinishing
- Use advanced paint mixing and colour matching equipment to ensure precise matches
- Prepare vehicles for painting, including stripping, masking, and surface preparation
- Undertake smart repairs, small dents, and panel repairs, maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to complete 3 to 5 jobs per week efficiently
- Ensure repairs are completed to the highest quality standards, adhering to health and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and well-organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are correctly used and stored

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer, with knowledge of modern painting techniques
- Time-served apprenticeships are highly valued; formal qualifications are advantageous but not essential
- Multi-skilled candidates who can also prepare, strip, and fit are encouraged to apply
- Ability to focus on quality work with attention to detail, rather than volume repairs as a Paint Sprayer
- Capability to work independently within a small team, demonstrating professionalism and flexibility
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently
- A professional attitude and a commitment to delivering high-standard results as a paint sprayer
