An excellent opportunity for a technical director to join an award winning structural consultancy based in central London. As a practice they are a high end, design led consultancy who are renowned for their cutting edge design on high profile projects. They are offering an opportunity for a professional to join them at a time they are experiencing significant growth and demand for their design and delivery expertise.
They are currently 15 strong with plans to increase by 50% over the next 18 months hence the requirement for this critical hire. Their project portfolio is diverse ranging from bespoke staircase designs at £50,000 through to £30m new build projects in central London.
They require an experienced Technical Director who is chartered with either institute and is comfortable making strategic decisions for businesses to progress. The role with include technical overview of projects, recruitment strategy and fulfilment, client retention and development and overseeing the continuing development alongside the owner.
