What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an inspiring, creative and passionate Design Technology specialist to join our forward‑thinking Create Faculty.
Our faculty is a vibrant, collaborative and highly creative hub, bringing together a diverse range of subjects including Art (Photography, Graphics, Fine Art), Music, Computer Science, Design & Technology, Textiles, Hospitality & Catering and Child Development.
As a team, we are committed to delivering high‑quality teaching that nurtures talent, encourages innovation and promotes cross‑curricular creativity. Within this dynamic environment, the Design & Technology department is well‑resourced, offering excellent facilities to support engaging, modern and relevant learning experiences.
We deliver a curriculum that inspires curiosity, develops technical and practical skills, and encourages pupils to become confident problem‑solvers who can apply their knowledge to real‑world contexts. Applicants with a specialism in Food Technology and/or Child Development would be preferable.
