What skills and experience we're looking for

The Governors of West Byfleet Infant School are seeking to appoint an exceptional, child‑centred Headteacher from September 2026 who will lead our school with passion, clarity, and integrity. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a thriving three form entry infant school and build on our strong foundations.
