New Education Trust is looking for a dedicated and experienced teacher to join our welcoming team at Bengeworth CE Academy, Evesham.This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a professional who wishes to combine a passion for classroom teaching with strategic leadership in Special Educational Needs. This is a dual role designed for a Teacher with strong organisational skills and a passion for supporting every child’s potential. The position is full time, with release time for SENCo duties.
The successful candidate will:
• Provide high quality learning and teaching within the school
• Lead on the development of intervention within the school
• Support SENCo needs within the school
• Provide effective behaviour management and social and emotional development for pupils
• Work in partnership with parents and carers in supporting the education of their children
