Early Years Leader Responsibilities
-Promote best practice in the Early Years Team
-Contribute to the School Development Plan
-Play an active part in the School Leadership Team
-Ensure that pupils are ready for transition into Year 1
-Develop the Early Years Learning environment to its fullest potential
