The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to lead a large, complex school across two sites with consistency and care. They will be a champion of inclusive practice, skilled in adaptive teaching, and committed to raising attainment for pupils with a wide range of starting points, including those with growing SEND and EAL needs.
