Manager.


ABOUT THE ROLE

This is more than a Front of House role—it's your opportunity to shape the entire audience experience.

As Customer Experience Manager, you’ll lead our Front of House and commercial operations, ensuring every visitor enjoys a
welcoming, inclusive and memorable experience—from arrival to curtain call and beyond. At the same time, you’ll drive income
growth across food & beverage, events, and commercial activity.

You’ll:

* Lead and inspire a vibrant Customer Experience team

* Oversee all Front of House and show operations

* Drive commercial performance across bars, merchandise, and events

* Champion accessibility, inclusion, and outstanding service

* Act as Duty Manager for performances, ensuring safe and seamless delivery

This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of our organisation, blending people management, operations, and commercial
strategy
