About the Role
Working in Ocean’s busy kitchen, you’ll help deliver fresh, high‑quality food in a fast‑paced, energetic environment. You’ll be
supported to develop your skills, build confidence, and progress your career as the kitchen evolves.
Depending on your experience, you’ll:
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes to consistently high standards
* Support daily kitchen operations and smooth service
* Learn and uphold excellent food safety and hygiene practices
* Work collaboratively as part of a motivated, supportive team
* Contribute ideas as menus and processes develop
* Grow your skills with hands‑on coaching from our Head Chef
