Summary
We are excited to announce that our Inclusion Team is expanding and we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hard-working HLTA in our fully established and successful EAL department. Led by our EAL Coordinator, we are a small department with high expectations of our students and an excellent track record of securing outstanding outcomes for EAL students.
We are looking for a HLTA to join our team, to grow our department and the support for our students, particularly those transitioning mid-year, to develop language proficiency in order to thrive. Whether you are an experienced HLTA or looking to develop your existing skills to this level, this is the ideal job for anybody with experience in supporting young people to meet their potential. We are committed to supporting and developing our students in order for them to fully immerse themselves in the opportunities the school has to offer.
Raynes Park High School is a vibrant, student-focussed 11 – 19 secondary school rated “Good” by Ofsted in November 2024. We are actively seeking ways to enable our staff to achieve a balance between the exacting demands of their profession and their lives outside work. Above all we aim to ensure that every student is inspired to learn and achieves the best they can as a result of exceptional teaching and learning.
