Summary
Providing visible clinical leadership and acting as a role model. Coordinating patient flow and managing clinical activity to ensure timely, efficient care delivery. Leading on clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement projects. Supporting staff development through mentoring, supervision, and appraisal. Ensuring compliance with infection prevention, safeguarding, and health & safety standards. Working closely with consultants, AHPs, and operational managers to ensure the smooth running of outpatient services.
