The Role
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated Reservations & Operations Assistant to join our team in St Helens. This role involves supporting both the reservations and operations side of the business, helping ensure our holidays run smoothly from booking through to departure.
This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, and working days will include Fridays and Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities
• Handling holiday enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Processing new bookings and amendments using our reservation systems
• Providing excellent customer service and travel advice to clients
• Assisting with tour administration and operational planning
• Preparing travel documentation and passenger lists
• Liaising with suppliers such as hotels, attractions, and transport providers
• Supporting the operations team with general administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good organisational and administrative abilities
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• Computer literacy and confidence using booking systems and Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in travel, tourism, or customer service is desirable but not essential

Working Hours
• Full-time or part-time hours considered – Fridays & Saturdays are a must
• Opening Hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm & Saturdays 9am – 4pm. Closed Sundays & Bank Holidays
