Duties:
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct routine inspections and perform basic troubleshooting of machinery.
- Use hand tools and power tools for assembly, adjustments, and maintenance tasks.
- Assist with the setup and changeover of production lines as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to meet health and safety standards.
- Support quality control by inspecting finished products for defects or irregularities.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to minimise risks during operations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Experience:
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
- Experience in assembly processes or working within a production environment is desirable.
- Ability to read technical drawings or instructions is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods.
