We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed children’s home in the Sheffield area. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people within a supportive and nurturing environment.

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and development of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

    Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the children’s home


    Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and Ofsted regulations


    Provide strong, inspirational leadership to staff, promoting a positive team culture


    Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs


    Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people at all times


    Manage budgets, resources, and staffing effectively


    Build and maintain positive relationships with external professionals and stakeholders


    Requirements:

      Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)


      Previous experience in a managerial role within children’s residential care


      Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards and children’s home regulations


      Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills


      A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people
