Job Vacancy: Personal Assistant at Foxhills Collection

Are you highly organised with excellent attention to detail? Foxhills Collection is seeking a proactive and professional individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the CEO (owner) of our prestigious establishment.

Position: Personal Assistant to the CEO
Location: Foxhills Club & Resort, Ottershaw, Surrey
Type: Part time, working on site

Responsibilities:

  • Organise and prioritise the CEO's workload, providing reminders to ensure issues are followed up and deadlines met
  • Represent the CEO and the company in meetings and over the phone in a personable and professional manner
  • Arrange client/supplier/member meetings, liaising with the same as a key communication channel
  • Managing diary, calls and emails (screening of emails, incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls)
  • Family shareholder admin and liaison
  • Liaising with both Foxhills and Farleigh (our sister property) colleagues
  • The administration relating to our charity 'The Hayton Charitable Trust' and Foxhills Community Camp
  • Other ad-hoc tasks and admin relating to on-going projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a personal assistant or similar role
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Highly organised, reliable and efficient
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, whilst remaining calm under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills at any level
  • Absolute discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Excellent competence in Microsoft Office Outlook and Word, and reasonable knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
