Summary
You will act as the strategic lead responsible for ensuring all colleagues have access to a confidential route to raising concerns supporting the opening up of our cultures. Your role will focus on developing our strategic approach to FTSU and identifying barriers to staff raising concerns through line management and other routes available. You will lead a team of Guardians across the Charity with direct connection across our inpatient and non-hospital services. You will collaborate with colleagues across the Charity, including the wider Executive Team with a direct line to the Chief Executive and FTSU Lead Non-Executive Director.
