Summary
Provide expert clinical and digital medicines input to ensure safe workflow design Support clinical safety assessments, hazard logs and safety case documentation Deputise for Lead pharmacist (EPMA) at EPMA project board and represent Pharmacy in other EPMA forums when required. Review new digital workflows to ensure they support safe prescribing, ordering and supply processes Support the EPMA project group to develop and implement contingency plans to ensure patient safety and service delivery are maintained during planned down time or in the in the event of system failure.
