Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Domestic Cleaning Team Leader to lead and support our on-site cleaning team within a busy Trust environment. The role involves supervising staff performance, attendance and conduct in line with Trust policies, while also working alongside the team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and infection control are consistently achieved. You will organise and prioritise workloads to meet service targets, carry out audits and appraisals, manage annual leave and sickness absence, and support recruitment, induction and staff development. The post holder will monitor compliance with health and safety, infection prevention and safeguarding policies, manage stock control, maintain accurate records, and assist in resolving complaints.
