Summary
Masstemps are currently recruiting for a full time, temp to perm plastic machine operator to join a busy and expanding plastic manufacturing company based in the heart of Redditch.
The role:
• Operate and maintain plastic moulding machines to produce components according to specifications.
• Fabricate and assemble tooling as required for production runs.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Handle materials safely and effectively, ensuring proper storage and usage.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm
Rate of pay: £12.21-£12.71 per hour
