Vostel Ltd is a growing UK technology provider delivering VoIP, networking, broadband, wireless and mobile SIM solutions to business customers. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, technical expertise, and developing talent from the ground up.
This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is keen to learn, enjoys problem-solving, and wants real-world technical experience in a supportive team environment.

• Logging, updating and managing support tickets accurately
• Running basic diagnostics and troubleshooting issues
• Monitoring systems and alerts
• Attending customer sites for installs and on-site diagnostic testing
• Working closely with experienced engineers and learning on the job
• Communicating clearly with customers and internal teams
What we’re looking for
• Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
• Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
• A genuine interest in IT, networking or telecoms
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
• Reliable, organised and able to work well as part of a team
Essential requirements
• Full UK driving licence or actively working towards one
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required
Experience
• No previous technical support experience required
• Customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
• IT or technology-related studies or qualifications are welcome but not required
Career progression
We actively develop our staff and promote from within. A typical progression path includes:

• 2nd line support engineer (advanced diagnostics, networking and VoIP)
• Senior engineer, field engineer or network engineer
You’ll gain more practical IT and telecoms experience in six months with Vostel Ltd than in two years on a degree-level course.
Hours and benefits
• £22,568 – £26,437 per annum (dependent on age and experience, 18–21+)
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• 08:30 to 17:00
• Office-based role with occasional site visits
• Structured training and clear progression opportunities
• Friendly, supportive team environment
