Job Advert

(Y)our opportunity

Be part of the drive from reactive recruitment to a sophisticated, year-round talent engagement strategy. At Kemnal we know that
to provide our pupils with the best possible future, we must first secure the best educators in the country. We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist who understands that high-quality recruitment is built on relationships, not just job postings.

If you visit any Kemnal school, you will see a community drawn to serving the young people who need them the most. We are
inspired by this challenge, and we need a Talent Acquisition Specialist who shares this clear moral purpose. This is your chance
to move beyond filling vacancies and start building a sustainable Talent Community.

The Mission

We live in a world of data and statistics, they are essential tools of modern management, but we also know that true success comes
from authentic partnerships and collaborations. You will be the face of these partnerships, working with Universities and passive
talent to ensure our academies have immediate access to exceptional people. Your focus will be on identifying and nurturing
educators and professional staff long before a vacancy arises.

What You Will Do

* Build Talent Communities: Develop "ready-to-hire" pools across subjects and regions, using market mapping to engage passive
candidates who align with Trust values.

* Proactive Sourcing: Run targeted, diversity-focused sourcing campaigns and initiate outbound calls to introduce talent to the
wider benefits of the Trust.

* Strategic Partnerships: Work directly with Academy Leaders to identify recruitment "hotspots" and develop effective, innovative
recruitment plans.

* Digital Marketing: Market roles effectively across social media and internal communities using innovative digital methods and
screening tools.

* Safer Recruitment: Promote Trust-wide best practice and ensure all sourcing remains fully compliant and student-focused.

Who You Are

* You have a proven track record in talent acquisition and a genuine passion for the attraction and engagement stages of the
recruitment lifecycle.

* You are an exceptional communicator who can authentically articulate the TKAT mission to prospective candidates at all levels.

* You are highly organized and maintain a calm, professional manner while leading high volume campaigns across diverse
geographical regions.

* You are a champion of Safer Recruitment, ensuring that our commitment to student safety remains at the forefront of every
interaction.

About Us

We are a group of schools with ambition for every child and pride in the communities we serve. We prepare young people for lives
of opportunity and contribution by offering a broad and rich education. We know that it is the talented people who work here, who
make this possible. We are one of the largest Multi Academy Trusts in the UK, with over 3,500 colleagues working together to
serve over 22,000 children and young people across our 45 school communities.

What Kemnal Offers You

* Generous Pension Scheme: Secure your future with substantial employer contributions toward your long-term financial wellbeing.

* Wellbeing Support: Access to a wellbeing app that supports exercise and mindfulness, plus an expert-led Eight-Week Mindfulness
Programme.

* Retail and Lifestyle Discounts: A scheme offering savings both online and in-store to support everyday living costs.

* Cycle To Work Scheme: Supporting affordable access to bikes and promoting active, sustainable travel.

* Family Friendly Leave: Policies designed to help colleagues balance professional commitments with caring responsibilities.

* Counselling Support: Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for colleagues and their eligible immediate family members.

* Tailored CPD: Continued professional development to support your in-role excellence and career progression ambitions.

If you share our ambition for every child and want to use your recruitment expertise to make a real world impact, we would love to
hear from you. Applications should be submitted by 6th April. To apply, please click the "Apply Now”. We reserve the right to
close the vacancy early should we receive a significant number of applications.

If you would like to have an informal discussion before applying please contact Jo Wigmore, Head of Talent Acquisition & Workforce
Mobility, via joanna.wigmore@tkat.org before the closing date.

Safeguarding

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff and volunteers to share this
commitment. Offers of employment will be subject to the full safer recruitment process, including an enhanced disclosure and
barring service check.

Flexible working

We recognise the value of enabling our employees to develop their career and balance this with their commitments and interests
outside of work. We promote flexible working practices and opportunities to promote a positive work life balance.

Our Commitment - Equity, Inclusion, Diversity and Belonging

At Kemnal, we are committed to Equity, Inclusion, Diversity, and Belonging. We embrace and celebrate differences, value
individual experiences, aspirations, and achievements, and continuously learn how to grow better together. We actively encourage
applications from candidates of all backgrounds, as we believe diversity strengthens our community and drives us forward.

Access to interview

Be Who You Are at Kemnal - should you be selected and invited to interview please let us know if you require us to adapt the
recruitment process to enable you to participate as your authentic self. We want applicants to be able to engage with us in ways
that support who they are and we are committed to making adjustments within the recruitment process and within the workplace.
