Job Advert

We are seeking a strategic, high-impact Maths Lead Teacher and Coach to help drive our already successful department to a new
level. This isn't just a teaching role - it is a leadership and mentoring mission. You will be responsible for designing a
rigorous, inclusive curriculum that fosters logical thinking and numeracy across all key stages. You will act as an "Expert
Teacher," modelling excellence in the classroom while coaching our staff - including Early Career Teachers (ECTs) - to reach their
full potential.
