Your role:
Deliver outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS framework
Plan and lead creative, engaging activities that support development across all areas
Create a safe, clean and inclusive environment
Build strong and positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Observe, assess and document children’s progress
Contribute ideas and work collaboratively to continuously improve our practice
What we are looking for:
A genuine interest in working with children
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable and willing to learn
Basic level of English and maths (or willingness to work towards)
Salary and benefits:
Salary starts at the apprenticeship rate, with the potential for increases as skills develop and performance is demonstrated.
30 days holiday including bank holidays, which is two days above industry standard, increasing annually for the first two years
