About the Role

We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Redditch to recruit a skilled TIG Welder (Stainless Steel) on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that takes pride in producing high-quality stainless steel components with precision and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel to a consistently high standard
• Work accurately from detailed engineering drawings
• Produce clean, precise welds with a strong focus on finish and durability
• Carry out basic quality checks on completed work
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient workspace
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment while taking ownership of your tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in TIG welding stainless steel
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• High attention to detail with a quality-driven mindset
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous fabrication experience is beneficial but not essential
