Summary

The Role
This is an entry-level position ideally suited for a university student in their final year or a recent graduate who is interested in building a long-term career in international sales, marketing, and technology.

The role offers a unique combination of commercial exposure and technical learning. You will play an active part in supporting our sales and marketing activities, helping to identify new business opportunities, engage with customers, and contribute to our expansion into international markets—particularly Spanish-speaking regions.

You will initially work remotely with flexible hours to accommodate your studies. Upon successful graduation and performance review, there will be an opportunity to transition into a full-time position, including relocation to the UK and potential visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will support both sales and marketing functions, gaining hands-on experience in a real business environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying and researching potential customers such as radio stations, system integrators, distributors, and broadcast-related organisations across global markets

Initiating contact with prospects through multiple channels, including phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp communication

Supporting marketing activities such as social media updates, content creation, campaign execution, and brand awareness initiatives

Managing and updating customer databases using CRM systems or structured spreadsheets to ensure accurate tracking of leads and opportunities

Assisting with inbound enquiries, order processing, and customer follow-ups to ensure timely and professional responses

Coordinating with the technical team to understand product specifications and translate customer requirements into practical solutions

Supporting international business development activities, including preparation for overseas exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits

Conducting basic market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities in different regions

Maintaining regular communication with potential and existing customers to build long-term relationships

This role requires a proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn. The ideal candidate does not need to have extensive experience, but should demonstrate strong potential and a genuine interest in sales and technology.

Essential Requirements:
Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with international customers

Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently in a remote setting

A genuine interest in sales, marketing, or international business

Willingness to work physically in our office based in Chessington (KT19) when required in the future

Preferred (but not required):
-Language of Spanish
-Background in engineering, electronics, audio technology, or communications
-Interest in broadcast, media, or technical products
-Any prior experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or client-facing roles
-A valid driving licence (useful for future office-based or client-related activities)
