About the Role

*Female applicants only (Equality Act 2010)*

I am looking for a reliable and caring female personal assistant to support a young disabled woman in North Ayrshire. The role mainly covers evenings and alternate weekends, with some flexibility. Training will be given.
What You'11 Do
· Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
· Support transfers between wheelchair, toilet, and bed
· Prepare simple meals
Accompany employer on dog walks and clean up after the dog.
· Light household tasks to keep the home tidy Help organise and order medication
· Assist with typing and basic admin
Occasionally accompany the employer and family on holidays (paid, agreed in advance)
· Occasionally cover staff sickness/holiday
· Support with activities such as swimming, cinema, and days out (no need to be a strong swimmer - I stay in my depth)
About You
· Enjoys helping others
· Happy to provide personal care
Reliable, caring, and takes pride in their work
· Comfortable around dogs
UK driving license (Manual/Automatic)
Hours
Mostly evenings and weekends. Example rota:
Weekl
Mon & Tue: 7:30pm-10:30pm
· Wed: 3pm-10pm

Week2
· Mon, Tue & Thu: 7:30pm-10:30pm
· Alternate weekends: 9am-4pm or 7:30pm-10:30pm
· Hours can be discussed at interview.
