Job Description:

As a Reception Team Member, you will be the face of the hotel, creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest. From check-in to check-out, you will play a key role in ensuring each stay is smooth, enjoyable, and memorable.

With your friendly personality and strong attention to detail, you will help deliver the high standards of service our guests expect while contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.


Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide a professional and friendly welcome
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
• Handle guest queries, requests, and feedback in a timely and positive manner
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Support with administrative tasks and system updates as required
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support colleagues when needed


Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Basic computer skills; experience with hotel systems is an advantage
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
