Summary

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join the Frontier team, based at Diss on a full-time, fixed-term basis for 8 months.

You will be responsible for assisting in the operation and meet commercial requirements of the production processing lines and warehouse whilst maximising efficiency and upholding quality, health, safety and environmental standards.

About You

Warehouse / stores experience desirable but not necessary as full training given
Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work towards deadlines
Use of initiative to manage time and workload
A flexible approach to working hours specifically in peak periods
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively and professionally with colleagues, drivers, customers, and managers.
Good organisational and administrative skills
Forklift or reach truck experience desirable but not necessary as full training given

Your Role

As a Warehouse Operative your role will involve:

Supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
Completing daily, weekly, and monthly safety checks in line with company requirements.
Organising order collation, including the picking and wrapping of goods ready for customer deliveries
Carrying out the safe loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
Check, book in, and accurately record incoming and outgoing goods.
Assisting with investigating and resolving stock discrepancies in an efficient and timely manner.
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across the site.
Helping ensure that the company’s Health and Safety objectives are consistently met.
Reporting any deficiencies in safe systems of work, procedures, controls, or work practices to the Line Manager.
Performing any other duties reasonably requested by management.
