The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised administrator to join our outstanding Student Services department as our new Enterprise Administrator. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will provide administrative support to the Careers and Enterprise Team and the wider Student Services department, helping to coordinate enterprise activities, events and projects across the College.

In this role, you will support the delivery of enterprise initiatives by assisting with tasks such as preparing resources, processing payments and bookings, and ensuring activities are recorded in line with financial, statistical and quality requirements.
You will work as part of the team to help organise enterprise events and activities across the College, supporting the delivery and tracking of the Futurepreneurs (iTrust) programme and the wider enterprise offer. You will also assist with preparing funding documentation, monitoring project spending and maintaining accurate records to support budget management.

Using both digital and manual systems, you will help maintain organised records, track activity and ensure documentation is accurate and audit-ready. Professionalism, confidentiality and a proactive approach are essential, as you will contribute to a positive and student-focused working environment.

About You

We’re seeking an organised, motivated and detail-focused individual with a passion for supporting student development. You will bring strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills and confidence working with data, finances and systems. Experience working in education or supporting learners aged 16+ is highly desirable.

You will hold GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent Level 2 qualifications) and demonstrate a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusive practice. Experience supporting small groups or mentoring students is advantageous. While not essential, a teaching qualification such as a Cert Ed or PGCE would be beneficial.

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), or willingness to work towards
