We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join a busy, high-profile site based at Manchester Airport.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for consistent part-time hours with the potential to secure a permanent position.
The Role
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across a large operational site. Duties will include:
Cleaning warehouse and operational areas
Moving light equipment and pallets where required
Cleaning kitchens and staff areas
Cleaning washrooms and toilets
General office and meeting room cleaning
Maintaining high presentation standards at all times
This is a physically active role, so a good level of fitness is essential.
Requirements
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
Must be reliable, punctual and well presented
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Friendly and professional attitude
Due to the nature of the site:
You must bring valid photo ID on your first day
Must be comfortable working around senior staff and management
Must wear full PPE at all times
Uniform & PPE
All staff must wear:
Safety footwear
Hi-vis vest
Black top and black trousers
Mandatory Training (Free – Required Before Start)
All candidates must complete the following training before starting:
COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health)
BIcSc Courses:
Colour Coding
Hand Hygiene
Chemical Hazard Awareness
PPE Awareness
