Summary
Now Hiring: Site Labourer (Temp-to-Perm) – NG15, Nottingham
MapTalent is currently recruiting on behalf of a growing contractor based in the NG15 area of Nottingham. We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Site Labourer to join the team on a temp-to-perm basis. Working across several locations in the South of England, this role will involve travel and time away from home.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work with a company that is expanding and investing in its workforce.
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out general site labouring duties
• Assist with the installation of metal fabrication works
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Support skilled tradespeople on-site
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Travel to various project sites with the team
Skills & Experience Required
• Previous experience in construction or labouring roles preferred
• Good level of physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Flexibility to travel and stay away from home when required
• CSCS card (desirable but not essential)
