Kemnal Technology College is seeking a motivated, empathetic and reliable individual to join our SEN team as an Intervention
Assistant. If you possess a natural ability to connect with young people and a desire to help them succeed, this role offers the
perfect starting point for an experienced Intervention Assistant or someone wishing to begin their career in education. Your
character and ability to foster growth will be vital to the classroom, empowering students to overcome challenges and gain the
confidence to reach their full potential.




Key Responsibilities:

* Working alongside teachers to provide direct assistance during lessons, ensuring students stay engaged and on track.
* Assisting targeted small groups of students in focused sessions to reinforce key concepts and bridge gaps in understanding.
* Establishing professional, trusting relationships to help students feel supported and inspired in their learning.
* Maintaining a patient, resilient and steady approach within the classroom and school.
